Good afternoon!
This week's flow is all about the sacral chakra. This energy center is located within the lower abdomen/sacral plexus. Its color is orange and it's associated with the element water (emotional).
It governs movement, flow, connection, expression, and sensuality. I encourage you to sit in meditation and feel what emotions come up for you. Are you feeling too much or too little of something?
Are you anxious, guilty, numb, frustrated, sad? Why do you feel this way? See if you can find the root cause. Water teaches us that nothing is permanent, and in order to flow with the rhythms of life, we must surrender. Letting go is scary, but once we detach ourselves, we are so much more open to receiving and we are free to express ourselves.
